Welcome to Riviera Lodge - Bed & Breakfast

Riviera Lodge B&B is situated at Whatuwhiwhi in Perihipi Bay, 15 minutes from Highway 10, on the Karikari Peninsula. Our driveway is opposite Tokerau Beach.

The accommodation is on the Ground floor of this modern luxurious home with views out front of Perihipi Bay and beyond. It is set in tropical terraced gardens adjourning native bush on a large private section.

You will be only 4 minutes from an 18 hole Championship Golf Course, Restaurant & Winery. Only minutes from Matai Bay and Tokerau Beach, an excellent picnic spot with safe swimming, as is Rangiputa beach with white sand and clear blue water.

Our area is great for land base fishing & kite fishing along with shell fish collection.

Accommodation Details

The Bed & Breakfast will sleep a maximum of 4 people. It has two rooms with an ensuite: one bedroom with a queen bed and carpeted floor, and a large lounge with a pull-out sofa bed which will sleep two adults.

The Lounge has a tiled floor with comfortable seating, Freeview TV and Radio CD player, breakfast bar with under bench fridge, toaster, electric kettle and all necessary cutlery and crockery etc.; for four people. A continental breakfast supplied with cereals, fruits, yoghurts & toast if required.

There is a lovely outdoor private tropical garden with a BBQ and table and chairs.

Vehicle parking at the house is generous. Boat parking is available off the road, below the house.

No smoking indoors and no pets are allowed.

Whatuwhiwhi has a dairy, gas pumps, bottle store, fish and chips take-aways, and public bar.

Tokerau beach

Perihipi Bay at end of drive across the road is a sandy, safe swimming beach.
It is suitable for boat launching and fishing can be done.
